Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and trauma-informed.
She draws on EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing—tailoring each session to the person in front of her.

She has also provided specialist training and consultancy to professionals across government and community services.
Today, through her private practice Best You Psychology, Keri-Ann provides supportive, evidence-based intervention for adults, children and teens. She is a registered psychologist with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists , holding a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) with First Class Honours and postgraduate training in Clinical Psychology.
Above all, Keri-Ann is dedicated to helping people heal, grow and reconnect with their strengths—at a pace that feels safe and right for them.

EMDR therapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach designed to help the brain heal from difficult or distressing experiences. Using guided eye movements and other calming techniques, EMDR supports you in processing memories that may feel “stuck,” so they can lose their intensity and emotional weight. Many people find that EMDR helps them feel lighter, more grounded, and better able to move forward with clarity and confidence.
If you’re curious about whether EMDR is right for you, we’re here to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
