Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides a confidential, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking support for long-standing concerns, our goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life. In your sessions, you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and a person-centred approach tailored to your unique needs. Together, we work at your pace—unpacking what’s been weighing on you, developing practical strategies, and strengthening your emotional wellbeing.

Children and Teens Counselling

Children and teenagers experience the world in unique and often complex ways. Counselling offers them a safe, supportive space to express their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping strategies—especially during times of change, challenge, or emotional overwhelm.  I understand the developmental needs of young people and use age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches to help them feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Whether through talk therapy, play-based techniques, creative activities, or structured therapeutic tools, we work gently and collaboratively to support each child’s individual needs.

Trauma Counselling

Trauma can show up in many ways—anxiety, emotional numbness, overthinking, difficulty trusting others, or feeling “stuck.” No matter how it looks for you, there is hope for healing.
Our trauma counselling offers a nurturing space where you can feel safe to unpack experiences that may still be affecting your wellbeing. We focus on helping you understand your responses, reconnect with your strengths, and develop tools that bring comfort, stability, and resilience. With a warm, collaborative approach, we support you to move toward greater peace, clarity, and self-compassion.

Family Violence Counselling

Family violence can leave deep emotional and psychological wounds. Our trauma-informed counselling provides a calm and nurturing space where you can process your experiences at your own pace.

We focus on helping you regain a sense of safety, rebuild trust in yourself, and explore the patterns that have shaped your relationships. Together, we work toward strengthening your wellbeing, restoring your autonomy, and supporting you to make empowered choices for your future.

Your story matters, and your wellbeing is our priority.

Psychology for ADHD

ADHD can shape how you think, feel, and move through the world. You may experience big emotions, racing thoughts, trouble focusing, or difficulties keeping up with expectations. Here, you’ll find a respectful and affirming space where your experiences are understood and your differences are valued.

We take a neurodiversity-informed approach, focusing on self-compassion, emotional wellbeing, and practical supports that make life feel more manageable. Together, we explore strategies that help you reduce overwhelm, improve daily structure, and strengthen your sense of identity and confidence.

This is a place to feel seen, supported, and empowered to live authentically.
